Intercom an extension
Provides two way communication to an individual phone without the need to answer.-
Usage:
- Dial 0 + (extension)
- Listen for:
- A beep meaning you are connected and may speak your message. The recipeint can talk back.
- A busy signal meainig the phone is in use, try again later
This can be done from any office phone

Page all extensions
Provides one way communication to all phones without the need to answer.-
Usage:
- Dial 00
- Wait for the beep then begin speaking
This can be done from any office phone

Remote Voicemail Access
Use this function to access your voicemail from an outside phone or to check the voicemail of a different extension.-
Usage:
- Dial 8500
- When prompted enter the extension number of the voicemail you wish to check, then either press # or wait 3 seconds
- When prompted enter the password for the voicemail you wish to check, then either press # or wait 3 seconds
- Check the voicemail as normal, following the prompts
This can be done from any office phone or during an auto-attendant. You can preform the same function by pressing * while listening to a voicemail greeting.

Auto Attendant Menu Options
Change the behavor of your incoming calls.

Usage:
- Dial *80
- When prompted enter the 10 digit phone number that the auto-attendant is associated with
- Select one of the following options:
- Press 1 to always send all incoming calls to your auto attendant
- Press 3 to always send all incoming calls to your secondary route, set up during your installation. If you did not specify a secondary route it will ring all phones
- Press 7 to forward all calls to a different number. Enter the number to forward calls to when prompted
- Press 9 to stop Forwarding calls
- Press 4 send all incoming calls to your auto attendant until your next scheduled change*
- Press 5 to resume automatic auto attendant activation*
- Press 6 to send all incoming calls to your secondary route until your next scheduled change*
*Options 4-6 will only effect auto attendants programed to automatically change at specific times!
This can be done from any office phone

Call Forward Method
Change the method used when calls are forwarded to remote phones, such as your cell phone.

Usage:
- Dial *63
- When prompted enter the extension of the phone you wish to change the fwd type for
- Press #
- Select one of the following options:
- Press 1 to connect immediately to forwarded calls*
- Press 2 to allow the system to automatically determine if you or your voicemail has answered the forwarded call before connecting
- Press 3 for a forwarded call to be answered you must press one to accept. This is the recommended method
*This method will allow your personal voicemail to answer forwarded calls and can have unexpected results!
This can be done from any office phone

Call Conferencing
Conferences for more than three callers.
Usage:
- Dial 50 - 57
- Every individual that dials or is transfered into the same conference number will join that conference
This can be done from any office phone or callers can be blind transfered to the conference extensions

Secure Call Conferencing
Conferences for more than three callers, requiring a pin number.
Usage:
- Dial 58 or 59
- If :
- You are the first to join the conference, you will set the pin
- The conference already exists (ie someone is in it) you will need to repeat the pin they used to create it
- Once a secure conference exists and only while it exists its extension may be dialed directly from an auto-attendant
This can be done from any office phone or callers can be blind transfered to the conference extensions. Once it exists callers can dial it directly from an auto-attendant

Remote Call Pickup
Picks up a ringing extension from a different phone.
Usage:
- Dial ** + (extension of ringing phone)
- Answer the phone as if it was the ringing extension

Remote Blind Transfer

Dialed during a call will transfer the call using the blind method, useful during a forwarded call.

Usage:
- Dial *1
- When prompted dial the number to transfer to (extension or 10 digit phone number)
- Dial # to transfer the call or wait three seconds to cancel
This can be done during a forwarded call, or one transfered from the office.

Remote Attended Transfer

Dialed during a call will transfer the call using the attended method, useful during a forwarded call.

Usage:
- Dial *4
- When prompted dial the number to transfer to (extension or 10 digit phone number)
- Dial #
- When the other party answers you may talk to the dialed number
- To complete the transfer hang-up or to cancel have dialed number hang-up
This can be done during a forwarded call, or transfered from the office.
